Best Buy Reward Zone
Best Buy had a problem with their customers having too many accounts. They could have a bestbuy.com, and multiple rewardzone.com accounts all tied to the same email address. The wanted a solution that would allow them to connect all these accounts with the same email address into one main account.
I was asked to come up with an intuitive way to help their users unify their accounts. I provided wireframes, and then HTML mockups of how the flow would work depending on which site they came in and where they wanted to end up.
